Natural Knows is an independent natural-health publisher operating naturalknows.com. We produce free educational content and sell digital products — eBooks, expert guides, meal plans, detox protocols, planners, cheat sheets, course bundles and ongoing access through our membership library.

In these Terms, "Natural Knows", "we", "us" and "our" mean the business operating this site. "You" means anyone who uses the site, buys from us, or holds an account.

By accessing the site, opening an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy and DMCA Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we'll make a reasonable effort to flag it (for example, an in-site notice or an email to registered customers).

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open an account or make a purchase. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you create an account or a membership, you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may read, bookmark, print for personal use, and share links to articles on Natural Knows for your own non-commercial purposes. Short, attributed quotations with a working link back to the original article are welcome.

You agree not to:

• Copy, republish, syndicate, sell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit any article, image, eBook, guide, planner or other content from the site without our prior written permission.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, crawlers, or any other means to extract, harvest or compile our content at scale.
• Frame, mirror, deep-link, or rehost any part of the site without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of any of our digital products.
• Share, resell, or distribute access to paid products, memberships, downloads or login credentials.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to bypass security, or attack the site, our infrastructure, or other users.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, deceptive or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

Breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination of access, cancellation of any account or membership, and — where appropriate — legal action.

All content on Natural Knows — articles, photography, illustrations, eBooks, guides, planners, video, audio, code, branding, the Natural Knows name and logo, and the structure and design of the site — is owned by Natural Knows or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Buying a digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use that product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. It does not give you the right to resell, redistribute, share, or republish it.

You may not use any content on Natural Knows — including articles, images, eBooks, guides, planners, course materials, or any other text or media — to train, fine-tune, evaluate, ground, or otherwise develop or improve any artificial-intelligence model, machine-learning system, large language model, generative system, or dataset intended for such purposes.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the use is commercial or non-commercial, and regardless of the technology used. Indexing solely for the purpose of providing a public search engine that links users back to the original page is permitted; using our content as training data, embedding corpus, retrieval-augmented generation source, or evaluation set is not.

Permission for any AI-related use must be obtained from us in writing in advance. Continued crawling or use after we have notified an operator to stop, or after our published machine-readable signals indicate refusal, is a breach of these Terms.

If you post a comment, review, question, or any other material on Natural Knows, you confirm you have the right to post it and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, display, reproduce and adapt that content in connection with operating and promoting the site.

We may moderate, edit, refuse or remove any user content at our discretion, particularly anything that is unlawful, off-topic, misleading, promotional, abusive, hateful, or that contains personal medical claims about identifiable people.

Everything Natural Knows sells is a digital product: instantly downloadable eBooks, guides, planners, cheat sheets, meal and detox plans, course materials, bundles, and ongoing access to our membership library.

When you complete checkout, you are agreeing to:

• Immediate fulfilment of the order (download link, account access, or both).
• The product description as published on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
• The licence described in section 06 — personal, non-commercial use only.
• These Terms and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, GST or similar tax that may apply in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, those taxes are added at checkout.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By placing an order, you authorise the charge to your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. We don't store full card details ourselves.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders, and limit quantities. If we cancel an order for a pricing error before delivery, we'll refund any amount you've paid for that order.

All sales of digital products on Natural Knows are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to single products, bundles, membership purchases, and renewals.

Because our digital products are delivered or made accessible immediately upon purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that, by completing checkout, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, cooling-off period, or similar right to refund to the maximum extent that such right can be waived under the law that applies to you (including, where applicable, withdrawal rights under EU/UK consumer law for digital content supplied without a tangible medium).

Make sure the product is right for you before completing checkout. Each product page describes the format, scope and intended audience. If something on a product page is unclear, contact us before purchase and we'll answer.

The "all sales final" rule does not stop us fixing genuine problems. If any of the following happen, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll resolve it at no extra cost:

• The download link or membership access never reached you and isn't in your account or email (including spam).
• The file is corrupted, won't open, or is materially different from what the product page describes.
• You were charged twice for the same product through our checkout.
• Your account access fails through a fault on our side.

The remedy for genuine technical or delivery issues is, at our option: re-delivering the product, providing access to an equivalent product, or — only where we cannot reasonably do either — issuing a refund for that specific transaction. Buyer's remorse, "I changed my mind", "I already knew the information", "I didn't read the product page", or similar are not technical or delivery issues.

If you have any concern about a charge from Natural Knows, contact us first at the email below. We will work in good faith to resolve genuine technical or delivery issues under section 12.

Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us — and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter — is a material breach of these Terms. In that case, in addition to any other remedies available to us, we may: immediately suspend or terminate your account, membership and any pending downloads; permanently block your email and payment details from future purchases; and pursue recovery of the disputed amount, processor fees, and reasonable collection costs.

Memberships and library bundles grant access to content for the term described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. We may add, update, or retire individual items inside the library without notice as the catalogue evolves.

If a membership is sold as a recurring subscription, you authorise us to charge the recurring fee at the published rate until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current term.

Some links on Natural Knows — to supplements, essential oils, herbal brands, books, courses, and other tools — are affiliate or referral links. When you buy through them, the retailer may pay us a small commission. The price you pay never goes up because of it.

We treat these links as editorial picks: the product or service has to earn the recommendation first. We don't accept sponsored content that overrides editorial judgement. This disclosure is made in line with the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), and is repeated in full on our Disclaimer.

The site links to and may embed content from third parties — retailers, suppliers, video platforms, social networks, study databases and others. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, products, security or practices. Following an outside link is at your own risk and on the terms of the destination site.

Natural Knows publishes general educational and informational content about natural health, herbalism, essential oils, nutrition, supplements, sleep, mindfulness, skincare, women's and pediatric wellness, alternative therapies and related topics. It is not medical, mental-health, pharmaceutical, nutritional, psychological, legal or financial advice. It is not a substitute for consultation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified professional, and no doctor-patient or practitioner-client relationship is created by using the site or buying our products.

Individual results vary. Plants, herbs, essential oils and supplements can interact with medications and conditions. Always check with a qualified professional before changing your diet, supplements, medications, exercise, sleep or any other element of your health routine — particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, treating a child, or managing a diagnosed condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, all content, and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natural Knows, its owners, officers, contributors, editors and affiliates will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, time, or use — arising from or related to your use of the site, the content, any product, or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Natural Knows, its owners, officers, contributors, editors, contractors, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of the site or any product; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law or any third-party right; any content you submit; or any action you take based on content read on the site or in any product.

You and Natural Knows agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting the other side and allowing 30 days for a good-faith resolution before starting any formal proceeding.

You and Natural Knows agree that any claim, dispute or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, the site, or any product will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator or court, as applicable, may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable in a particular case, that case will proceed in court rather than as a class action, but the rest of this section will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Natural Knows operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to section 20, you agree that any dispute that proceeds in court will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you submit to their personal jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, your account, your membership, or any specific product at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or acted in a way that exposes us, our customers, or our team to legal, financial or reputational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, AI prohibition, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, disputes, governing law) will survive.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force and the invalid one will be interpreted to give effect to its original intent to the maximum extent allowed. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy, DMCA Policy and any product-specific terms shown at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and Natural Knows on this subject and supersede any prior agreement.
